Saucey's Creator Club ("the Club," "we," "us") is a private, application-based community for content creators who live in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through the Club's app and application form, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By submitting an application, you agree to this policy.

1. Who this is for

The Club is for adults 21 years of age or older who live in the Las Vegas area. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that an applicant is under 21, the application and its data are deleted.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide on the Club application form. There are no user accounts in the current version of the app, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Social profiles	Instagram handle, your chosen in-club screen name, whether you follow @sauceyvegas, and whether you joined the Club's Instagram channel
Creator information	Content categories/interests, content type, primary platform, approximate follower count, a link to your work (reel), a fun fact, what you're most proud of, and why you want to join
Logistics	Your Las Vegas neighborhood and your general availability for events
Consents	Your agreement to the Club's liability waiver/release (SLV Creative LLC) and Code of Conduct, recorded with your application
Technical basics	Our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you load the app or submit the form. We do not run analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking of any kind.

3. How we use your information

Reviewing your application. Every application is reviewed by hand. We use your information to confirm you are 21 or older, that you live in Las Vegas, and that the Club is a fit.
Safety screening. Before approval, we check each applicant's legal name and date of birth against the publicly available national sex-offender registry and other public records. This screening exists to keep members safe. Screening results are used only for the membership decision.
Running the Club. If you are approved, we use your contact details to send your membership decision, event invites, and RSVP/check-in information. Inside the Club, you are known by your screen name — your legal name, date of birth, and home address are never displayed to other members.
Safety and enforcement. We may use application information to enforce the Code of Conduct and the waiver, and to prevent a person who has been removed or banned from re-applying under a different screen name.
Legal reasons. To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights and safety of members, venues, and the public.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

4. Who receives your information

Service providers. The app and its form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and hosting data on our behalf. Your email provider processes the emails we send you.
Public sources for screening. The registry/public-records screening described above compares your legal name and date of birth against public databases; we do not send your other application details to those databases.
Venues, in limited form. When you RSVP to a specific event, the host venue may receive your screen name and/or first name for its guest list. Venues never receive your legal name, date of birth, home address, phone number, or email.
Legal. If required by law or a valid legal process.

No other sharing. There are no advertising partners, data brokers, or analytics companies in this app.

5. How long we keep it

Approved members: for as long as you are a member, and afterward only as needed for club records, safety, and legal obligations.
Applicants who are not approved: application data is deleted within 12 months of the decision, except for a minimal safety record (name, date of birth, and the fact of the decision) kept solely to enforce safety decisions and bans and to prevent repeat applications under a new screen name.
Waiver/Code of Conduct consents: kept with the related application or membership record, as they are the Club's proof of agreement.

6. Your choices and deletion rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sauceyvegas@icloud.com. You can also follow the steps on our data deletion page. We respond to requests within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your application while it is under review, the review stops and the application is withdrawn. A minimal safety record (name, date of birth, and decision) may be retained only where needed to enforce a safety ban, as described in Section 5; we will tell you if that applies to your request.

7. Security

Application submissions travel over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and are accessible only to the Club's operator for review. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as the Club genuinely needs and restrict access to it.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will post the updated version at this address and update the date above before the change takes effect.
